25 mllime juice, fresh

30 mlpassion fruit honey

10 mlallspice liqueur

St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

45 mlpot still unaged rum

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 pinchnutmeg, freshly grated

1 mint, sprig

Whisk all ingredients in a container and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Serve over a large block of ice in a punch bowl.
