15 mlcrème de cacao

15 mlbrandy

15 mlcoffee liqueur

30 mlheavy cream

0.5 cup (scant)filter coffee

1 sprinklecoffee bean, grated

In a sealed jar, shake cream until thick but still pourable, then chill.

In a warmed Georgian glass, stir rest to combine, then top with the thickened heavy cream and grated coffee bean.

Serve warm.
