8 white sugar cube
240 mlsoda water
180 mlstandard cream sherry
Lustau East India Solera Sherry
90 mlstandard-proof bourbon whiskey, pecan-infused
Buffalo Trace Bourbon
15 mlallspice liqueur
St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
60 mllime juice
30 mlpineapple juice
2 dasheschocolate bitters
Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

Preparation Instructions

In a pitcher, muddle the sugar cubes with 2, ounces of the club soda until the sugar is fully broken up.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the remaining club soda) and fill the pitcher three-quarters full with ice cubes.
Stir until cold, then strain into a punch bowl over 1, large block of ice.
Top with the remaining 6 ounces of club soda.
Serve with a ladle and punch glasses.
No garnish.
