30 mlsoda water

30 mllemon juice, fresh

30 mlpineapple juice, fresh

15 mlmaple syrup

15 mlvanilla-infused brandy

15 mltawny port

60 mlaged blended rum

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

2 fresh pineapple, fronds

1 mint, sprig

1 lemon, spiral

Add the soda water to the Collins glass.

Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Strain into the Collins glass with the soda water and fill with cracked ice.
