60 mlLondon Dry gin

Martin Miller's Westbourne Gin

15 mllemon juice

15 mlorgeat syrup

1 tspGreek yogurt

1 tsplemon curd

3 dropsrose water

Shake all the ingredients (except the rose water) with ice, then double strain into a coupe.

Top with the rose water.

No garnish.
