30 mlcarciofo-style amaro

Cynar

25 mllemon juice

60 mlIndia pale ale

25 mlapple brandy

1 grapefruit, twist

Reserve 1 oz of the IPA.

Dry shake briefly to drive off some carbonation, the add ice and shake again.

Add ice cubes to the glass and add remaining 1 oz IPA.

Express grapefruit oil over.
