60 mlstandard-proof rye whiskey, dried currant-infused

Wild Turkey Rye

25 mlstandard cream sherry

Lustau East India Solera Sherry

1 egg

15 mlheavy cream

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 pinchcinnamon, grated

Dry shake all the ingredients, then add 1, large ice cube and shake again.

Double strain into a coupe.

Garnish with a few grates of cinnamon.
