15 mldemerara syrup

15 mlhoney syrup

10 mlallspice liqueur

St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

30 mlcolumn still aged rum

30 mlaged blended overproof rum

1 dashherbstura

1 pinchnutmeg, grated

1 mint, sprig

1 swizzle stick

1 cocktail napkin, folded into triangle and tied around the glass

Build and swizzle in a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Top off with additional crushed ice to fill the glass after swizzling.
