Appleton Estate V/X Rum

30 mlrhum agricole blanc

La Favorite Rhum Agricole Blanc

25 mlstrawberry-balsamic gastrique

10 mlcane sugar syrup

0.5 strawberry

Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the half strawberry and serve with a straw.
