The Doctor's Office Spanish Coffee

Preheat a heat-resistant glass and rim it with demerara sugar.

Add the En Fuego Potion and ignite it.

Turn the glass while it burns so the sugar rim caramelizes.

Cinnamon may be dusted from a shaker over the flame for sparks.

When the fire dies, pour in the Spanish Coffee Mix and finish with salted Benedictine whipped cream.
