60 mlcognac

Hine H Cognac

25 mlelderflower liqueur

St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

25 mllemon juice

10 mlcinnamon syrup

0.5 tspaged balsamic vinegar

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

0.5 strawberry

In a shaker, gently muddle the strawberry.

Add the remaining ingredients and short shake.

Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the strawberry half and serve with a straw.
