15 mlpineapple-infused rum

Planteray Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum

25 mllime juice, fresh

10 mlpineapple juice

15 mlsimple syrup

3 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 pinchcinnamon

Garnish

1 piecelime, wheel

1 piecenutmeg, freshly grated

Preparation Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a coupe.

Float a lime wheel on the drink and finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
