Pierre Ferrand 1840 Original Formula Cognac

15 mlpot still aged cachaça

Avuá Amburana Cachaça

25 mllemon juice

15 mlorange juice

25 mlbanana syrup

10 mlorgeat syrup

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 banana, dried chip

Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the dried banana chip and serve with a straw.
