Cynar

15 mlcherry liqueur

Heering cherry liqueur

15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry

Lustau Pedro Ximenez sherry

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

2 dashessaline solution

2 dashesascorbic acid solution

1 cocktail cherry

Rinse a chilled coupeglass with the whisky and discard.

Stir and strain remaining ingredients into the rinsed coupe glass.
