Flor de Caña Extra Dry 4-Year White Rum

25 mlblended aged Jamaican rum

Appleton Estate V/X Rum

10 mlfalernum

15 mllime juice

10 mlacacia honey syrup

1 dashtiki bitters

Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki Bitters

120 mlpear cider, to fill

Doc's Hard Pear Cider

Stir all the ingredients (except the cider) in a mixing glass over ice, then strain into a flute.

Top with cider.

No garnish.
