3 blackberry

60 mlcolumn still lightly aged Nicaragua rum

Flor de Caña Extra Dry 4-Year White Rum

25 mllemon juice

10 mlginger syrup

10 mlorgeat syrup

10 mlacacia honey syrup

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Peychaud's bitters

In a pilsner glass, gently muddle the blackberries.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

In a shaker, whip the remaining ingredients, shaking with a few pieces of crushed ice just until incorporated.

Strain into the glass.

Garnish with a thin layer of bitters and serve with a straw.
