15 mlMartinique Sugarcane Syrup

10 mlallspice liqueur

St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

60 mlcane AOC Martinique rhum agricole vieux

1 pinchnutmeg, ground

1 mint, sprig

1 cocktail napkin, folded into triangle and tied around the glass

Build and stir in a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Top with additional crushed ice.
