30 mlegg white

60 mlbourbon whiskey

30 mllemon juice, fresh

25 mlhoney syrup

15 mlpassion fruit syrup

1 swizzle stick

Dry flash the egg white and bourbon.

Add remaining ingredients.

Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 oz small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into the pilsner glass.
