Quarter the cucumber wheels and drop them into a shaker.
Add gin, lemon juice, lavender-lemon syrup, and egg white.
Dry shake with no ice for 10 to 15 seconds.
Add ice and shake again.
Fine strain into a sour glass.
Float a thin cucumber wheel on the foam and dust with pink Himalayan sea salt.
