Flor de Caña 7-Year Rum

25 mlmadeira

Sandeman Rainwater Madeira

25 mldemerara syrup

1 egg

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters

1 pinchcinnamon, grated

Dry shake all the ingredients, then add 3, ice cubes and shake again.

Double strain into a fancy fizz glass.

Garnish with a few grates of cinnamon.
