Ingredients

9 white sugar cube
180 mlsoda water
135 mlblended aged Jamaican rum
Appleton Estate V/X Rum
90 mlblackstrap rum
Goslings Black Seal Rum
45 ml151 Demerara rum
El Dorado 151 Rum
135 mlDonn's Mix #1
90 mllemon juice
45 mlpineapple juice
3 dashesaromatic bitters
Angostura Bitters

Garnish

3 pinchesnutmeg, grated

Preparation Instructions

In a pitcher, muddle the sugar cubes with 3, ounces of the club soda until the sugar is fully broken up.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the remaining club soda) and fill the pitcher three-quarters full with ice cubes.
Stir until cold, then strain into a punch bowl over 1, large block of ice.
Top with the remaining 3, ounces of club soda.
Garnish with several grates of nutmeg and serve with a ladle and punch glasses.
