Ingredients

60 mltonic water, cold
30 mlapple brandy
Clear Creek Apple Brandy
15 mlIslay single malt Scotch whisky
Highland Park 12-Year Scotch
CuriadaBuy on Curiada
10 mlblackstrap rum
Cruzan Black Strap rum
CuriadaBuy on Curiada
10 mlcoffee liqueur
Galliano Ristretto
CuriadaBuy on Curiada
30 mlcold brew coffee
1 tspdemerara syrup

Preparation Instructions

Place one large ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass and pour in the tonic water.
Shake the remaining ingredients with ice, then strain slowly so the mixture floats on the tonic.
Serve without a garnish.
