8 fresh pineapple, 1-inch square chunks

75 mlpineapple juice, fresh

45 mllime juice, fresh

40 mlhoney syrup

45 mlaged blended rum

45 mlcolumn still aged rum

25 mlblack blended rum

25 mlaged blended overproof rum

45 mlsoda water

1 pineapple lid, with two straw holes

Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into a hollowed-out pineapple.

Serves 2.
