30 mlcognac

30 mlrye whiskey

10 mlelderflower liqueur

St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1 dashsimple syrup

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 dasharomatic bitters

Boker's bitters

60 mlchampagne

1 cocktail cherry

1 lemon, twist

Rinse a coupe glass with the absinthe and discard.

Stir and strain the remaining ingredients (except the sparkling wine) into the rinsed coupe glass.

Top with the sparkling wine and a lemon twist or cherry.
