0.5 white peach, pitted, coarsely chopped into chunks

0.5 yellow peach, pitted, coarsely chopped into chunks

90 mlorange juice, fresh

15 mllemon juice, fresh

30 mlcoconut cream

10 mlpeach liqueur

60 mlblended lightly aged rum

30 mlsoda water

1 sprinklenutmeg, grated

1 yellow peach, wedge

Muddle the peach chunks with orange and lemon juice.

Add remaining ingredients.

Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into a double rocks glass.
