Ingredients

2 tspcinnamon

2 tspvanilla extract

1.5 cupsaged Puerto Rican rum

720 mlevaporated milk

0.5 tspnutmeg, ground

840 mlsweetened condensed milk

360 mlcoconut syrup

1 sprinklecinnamon, grated

In a pot over low heat, stir all but rum.

Simmer gently for five minutes, whisking to blend spices.

Let cool, then add rum.

Transfer to bottles and add a cinammon stick to each bottle; keep refrigerated.

Makes 5 17-oz bottles.

Serves 20.
