60 mllightly aged multi-island blended rum

Banks 5 Island Rum

15 mlvino-style amaro

Cardamaro

25 mllime juice

25 mlsimple syrup

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

3 cucumber, wheels

In a shaker, muddle the cucumber wheels.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.

Double strain into a double rocks glass over 1, large ice cube.

Garnish with the cucumber wheels fanned on top of the drink.
