Preparation Instructions
In a pot over low heat, stir all but rum.
Simmer gently for five minutes, whisking to blend spices.
Let cool, then add rum.
Transfer to bottles and add a cinammon stick to each bottle; keep refrigerated.
Makes 5 17-oz bottles.
Serves 20.
