1 cupJamaican overproof light rum

Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaican Rum

3 cupsaged Jamaican rum

1 cupsuperfine sugar

6 lemon, peels

20 sprinklesnutmeg, freshly grated

20 lemon, peels

In the bowl, create an oleosaccharum from lemon peels and sugar.

Add remaining ingredients, then remove lemon peels.
