1 strawberry, chopped

60 mlsoda water

25 mlginger syrup

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

25 mllemon juice

60 mlbourbon whiskey

1 strawberry, sliced

Muddle strawberry and ginger syrup.

Add bitters, lemon juice, and bourbon, then shake and double strain.

Add seltzer.

Serve over pebble ice.
