3 lemon, peels
2 cupscold unsweetened black tea
2 cupslemon juice
3 orange, peels
2 cupsorange juice
1 cuporange curaçao
0.67 cupsuperfine sugar
Garnish
20 orange, wheels, clove-studded
20 sprinklesnutmeg, freshly grated
Preparation Instructions
In the bowl, create an oleosaccharum from citrus peels and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients, then remove citrus peels.
Serves 20.
