30 mllemon juice, fresh

45 mlpassion fruit honey

15 mlcinnamon syrup

15 mlhibiscus liqueur

60 mlpot still unaged rum

6 dropstiki bitters

Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki Bitters

1 edible orchid

Whisk all ingredients in a container and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Serve over a large block of ice in a punch bowl.
