Barbancourt 3-Star Rum

30 mlblended lightly aged Guyana rum

El Dorado 3-Year Rum

10 ml151 Demerara rum

Lemon Hart 151 demerara rum

25 mlfalernum

25 mllime juice

15 mlpineapple juice

10 mlgrenadine

1 tspginger syrup

6 dropstiki bitters

Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki Bitters

1 fresh pineapple, flag

1 brandied cherry, flag

Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the pineapple and cherry flag.
