Benicia Park Swizzle

Add the scotch, sherry, lemon juice, House Ginger Syrup, and falernum to a shaker.

Whip shake with a little crushed ice until blended.

Pour into a pilsner glass and add crushed ice until four-fifths full.

Swizzle briefly, then mound more crushed ice over the rim.

Float the muroise liqueur over the back of a spoon.

Garnish with a mint leaf and serve with a straw.
