25 mlaged blended overproof rum

60 mllime juice, fresh

1 tsplemon juice, fresh

45 mlpassion fruit syrup

10 mldemerara syrup

10 mlmaraschino liqueur

Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

45 mlaged blended rum

Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into the double rocks glass.

Serve the overproof rum on the side in a shot glass.
