Ingredients

60 mlblended Scotch whisky

Compass Box Asyla Scotch

30 mlblanc vermouth, chamomile-infused

15 mllemon juice

25 mlsimple syrup

1 dashorange bitters

120 mlsoda water, to fill

1 lemon, twist

Shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with the lemon twist and serve with a straw.
