60 mlrhum agricole blanc

Barbancourt White Rum

25 mllime juice

15 mlsimple syrup

1 tsppomegranate molasses

1 lime, wheel, flag

1 raspberry, flag

In a shaker, gently muddle the raspberries.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.

Double strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the lime wheel and raspberry flag.
