90 mlblended aged Barbados rum
Planteray Barbados 5-Year Rum
15 ml151 Demerara rum
El Dorado 151 Rum
15 mlarrack
Batavia Arrack van Oosten
30 mlapricot liqueur
Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur
45 mllime juice
45 mlpineapple juice
30 mlgrapefruit juice
30 mlcane sugar syrup
2 dashesaromatic bitters
Angostura Bitters
30 mlsoda water
Garnish
6 lime, wheels
3 pinchesnutmeg, grated
Preparation Instructions
In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients (except the club soda) and fill the pitcher three-quarters full with ice cubes.
Stir until cold, then strain into a small punch bowl over ice cubes.
Top with the club soda.
Garnish with the lime wheels and several grates of nutmeg and serve with two straws.
