1 tspIslay single malt Scotch whisky

Laphroaig 10-Year Scotch

60 mlIrish whiskey

Redbreast 12-Year Irish Whiskey

15 mlelderflower liqueur

St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1 dashorange bitters

1 lemon, twist

Rinse a double rocks glass with Laphroaig and dump.

Stir the remaining ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into the glass.

Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard.

No garnish.
