Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

15 mlblanco tequila, jalapeño-infused

Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

10 mlcarciofo-style amaro

Cynar

25 mllime juice

15 mlcelery juice

15 mlcane sugar syrup

1 kosher salt

1 celery, stick

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1, large ice cube.

Garnish with the celery stick.
