60 mlHighlands single malt Scotch whisky

Highland Park 12-Year Scotch

15 mldry vermouth

Dolin Dry Vermouth

10 mlamontillado sherry

Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry

10 mlorange liqueur

Grand Marnier

10 mlcane sugar syrup

1 orange, twist

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with the orange twist.
