120 mllime juice, fresh

120 mlpineapple juice, fresh

30 mlpassion fruit purée

90 mldemerara syrup

30 mlmaraschino liqueur

Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

120 mlblended lightly aged rum

120 mlaged blended rum

3 lime, slices

3 orange, slices

Add all ingredients to a drink mixer tin.

Roll back and forth with another drink mixer tin to mix.

Split evenly between the two.

Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into a large scorpion bowl.

Ignite.

Serves 4.
