15 mlIslay single malt Scotch whisky

Ardbeg 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky

45 mlBanana Jameson

15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry

Lustau Pedro Ximenez sherry

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 plastic monkey

1 banana, slice

Rinse a coupe glass with 0.25 oz of the whisky and discard.

Shake and strain into the rinsed glass.

Mist the remaining whisky over the top.
