30 mlorange liqueur

Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao

30 mlaged blended rum

30 mlsweet cream

1 pinchcinnamon, freshly grated

Stir the curacao and rum in a mixing glass with ice.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Top with a float of sweet cream poured over the back of a barspoon.
