Bacardi Ron Superior Heritage Limited Edition

10 mllightly aged multi-island blended rum

Banks 5 Island Rum

15 mlblanc vermouth

Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery

1 dashabsinthe verte

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

15 mlgranny smith apple juice

10 mlvanilla syrup

0.5 tspacid phosphate

1 dashorange bitters

1 granny smith apple, slice

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with the apple slice.
