Blood and Black Lace

Freeze the amaro and bourbon for at least 6 hours and refrigerate the remaining ingredients.

Combine everything in a carbonation bottle, charge with CO2, and gently agitate until the gas is fully dissolved.

Keep refrigerated at least 20 minutes, ideally 12 hours, then pour into chilled flutes.

Makes 4 drinks.
