In a pitcher, muddle the sugar cubes with the orgeat until the sugar is fully broken up.
Add the remaining ingredients and fill the pitcher three-quarters full with ice cubes.
Roll the drink into another pitcher and repeat until the drink is very cold and the sugar is completely dissolved.
Strain into a punch bowl over 1, large block of ice.
Garnish with the lemon wheels and serve with a ladle and punch glasses.
