15 mlfennel liqueur
Don Ciccio & Figli Finocchietto fennel liqueur
15 mllime juice, fresh
15 mlcane sugar syrup
2 dashabsinthe

Garnish

1 piecefennel, frond

Preparation Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake briefly for about 5 seconds.
Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with fennel fronds.
