Combine the Armagnac, oloroso sherry, coffee liqueur, lemon juice, brewed rooibos tea, and grapefruit oleo-saccharum in a large vessel.
Rest at room temperature for 24 hours.
Strain into a punch bowl and add lemon wheels.
Ladle into ice-filled rocks glasses.
Serves 25.
