180 mlwater, distilled

90 mlIslay single malt Scotch whisky

Ardbeg 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky

90 mlbrown crème de cacao

Tempus Fugit créme de cacao

90 mlegg white

30 mlheavy cream

15 mlAngostura bitters

3 Fernet Cookies

Mix the ingredients in a soda siphon with a nitrous oxide charge.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Pour into a chilled ceramic milk container.
